那么 我们前面讲到了在相对静态的条件下

理性主义它把战略

看成是一个事前 主动和理性的一种决策

但是 我们在相对动态的条件下

或者我们假定整个全世界都越来越动态

然后中国就更动态

这个动态里面我们更强调三(四)个因素

一个是环境变化越来越快 越难以预测

第二就是我们和全球和全国的竞争对手之间

动态的互动和博弈越来越频繁 越来越广泛

对手就有可能通过模仿

学习甚至改变游戏规则

因此使我们对对手的反应越来越难以预测

第三个就是在这两个交互作用下

环境变化越来越快

对手反应越来越难以预测

因此创新和速度代替了规模

成为了决胜因素的情况下

那我们就看到战略决策

今天不再完全是一种事前

它有可能包括事中

比如说反应性的决策或者创新性的决策

有可能不是主动而是被动的一种反应

因为环境变化太快

那么你就要被动

第三(四)个有可能不一定完全都是理性的

因为在时间 信息有限的情况下

有可能是基于价值来做出的决策

所以希望大家理解静态条件下对战略的理解

应该是一种基础性的定义

而动态条件下是在这个基础定义之上

我们去补充 完善它

所以今天看来 我们对于5个P的理解

也跟我们强调中国情境下的理解是一致的

就是我们强调战略是一种计划 是基础定义

它强调了事前 主动 理性

但是动态条件下

我们更多地利用了非理性主义的一些研究成果

来补充不完全是计划

比如说有事前事中的

有主动被动的

有理性与非理性

特别是希望大家注意

我们不能够否认 起码是不能否认

战略制定出来之后

事前制定的战略有可能在事中进行调整

不能否认我们主动做出的决策

有可能因为环境的变化而被动地做出调整

不能够否认我们的理性的决策

有可能要进行事中的调整的时候

可能会更多地基于价值的选择这样做出来的
