在这一讲开始之前,我们需要区分由电源产生的电动势和电流以及由变化磁场激发的电动势和电流。
如果我们仅使用“emf”或“电流”,那么我们讨论的就是由电源产生的电动势或电流。
当我们讨论由变化磁场激发的电动势和电流,我们会使用 “感应”这个词来修饰。
我们已经看到当穿过闭合线圈所围面积的磁通量随时间变化,在线圈中会产生感应电动势。
这个现象称为电磁感应。今天我们将给大家看一些实际效应。
请看这幅图。这是一个简单电路,包括电源,电阻和开关。当我们合上开关,我们观察到电流并没有立刻从零达到最大值。这是为什么?
让我们分析一下具体过程。合上开关,电路中就有了电流,电流产生了磁场。磁场线穿过电路自身所围的面积,如图所示。
当电流增大,穿过回路所围面积的磁通量相应增大,于是,根据法拉第电磁感应,在回路中引起感应电动势。
感应电动势将产生感应电流。根据楞次定律,感应电流激发的磁场将阻碍原磁场的增加。
因此,感应电动势的方向必然与电源的电动势方向相反,导致电流逐渐增大至最大值。
由于磁通量的变化和感应电动势的产生都是由电路自身引起,因此,这个效应称为自感,相应地,产生的感应电动势称为自感电动势。
根据法拉第电磁感应定律,感应电动势ε等于磁通量对时间变化率的负值。
我们知道磁通量正比于磁场,磁场又正比于电路中的电流。
因此,自感电动势εL由此式表示:εL等于电流对时间变化率的负值。
这里的L为比例常数,称为线圈的自感系数,自感系数取决于线圈的几何因素。
我们知道感应电动势ε等于dΦb 比 dt的负值。如果回路为通有电流I的N匝线圈,则感应电动势等于N乘以dΦb 比 dt的负值.
由这两个方程式,我们可以得到N匝线圈的自感系数: L等于N乘以Φb除以I。我们可以理解, 自感系数是阻碍电流变化的量度。
自感系数的国际单位为亨利。1亨利等于1伏特秒每安培。
那么我给大家举一个简单的例子,来说明如何计算简单情形下的电感。
考虑一个螺线管,N匝线圈,长度为l。线圈密绕,长度远大于半径。横截面为A。计算其电感。
我们知道理想螺线管的磁场B等于μ0乘以小n乘以I。穿过每一匝面A的磁通量等于B乘以A。于是我们得到ΦB的表达式。
将此式代入上述方程,得到螺线管的电感。从这个结果我们可以看出,自感是由线圈的几何因素以及磁介质的磁导率决定。
现在我们有两个回路。当一个回路中的电流随时间变化,穿过旁边另一个回路的磁通量发生变化。
根据电磁感应定律,在旁边另一个回路中会产生感应电动势。这个现象称为互感。
我们来看图中的这个例子。假如回路1通有电流I1, 共有N1匝线圈,,激发的磁场为B1. B1的部分磁场线会穿过回路2,回路2有N2匝线圈。
这里,我们用Φ12表示由回路1中的电流I1 产生的磁场B1穿过回路2的磁通量。
类比于自感,回路2相对于回路1的互感系数M12可以由此式表示:M12 等于 N2 乘以 Φ12 除以I1.
互感取决于两个回路的几何因素以及两个回路的相互取向。
例如,图中两个回路的间距增加,由于两个回路之间的磁通量的关联度降低,互感减小。
在讨论这部分内容的时候,请大家一定注意每一个量的下角标。
如果I1随时间变化,导致在回路2引起感应电动势ε2. ε2 等于N2 乘以dΦ12 比 dt的负值, 等于M12乘以 dI1 比 dt.
同样的方式考虑,假设回路2通电流I2. 由电流I2激发磁场B2.
B2的部分磁场线也会穿过回路1. 我们用Φ21表示由回路2的电流I2产生的磁场B2穿过回路1的磁通量;
如果电流I2随时间变化,导致在回路1中产生感应电动势ε1。ε1等于M21 乘以dI2 比 dt的负值。M21 称为回路1相对于回路2的互感系数.
一个回路中的互感电动势总是正比于另一个回路中电流对时间的变化率。
其中,比例系数M12和M21相等。所以上述的式子变为这两个方程。
下面我们来探讨电路中的电感效应。什么是电感?
正如上面讨论的,如果电路含有线圈,由于电感,电路中的电流不会立刻增大或减小至最终值。
如果线圈具有较大的自感,我们称之为电感。电感在电路中所用符号如图所示。请注意即使没有电感,电路本身的电感也会对电路有影响。
请看这幅图,电路中包括电源,电阻和电感。这样一个电路,我们称为RL电路。电源的内阻在讨论中忽略不计。
当开关闭合,电路中的电流开始增大,由于自感,线圈产生的感应电动势将阻碍电流的增加。自感电动势由此式计算。
对于整个电路,我们可以写出回路方程式。其中,IR为电阻两端的电压降,我们可以求解这个微分方程。从这个结果,我们可以看出RL电路中电流I怎样随时间t增加。
由于电感效应,电流随时间的变化为指数增长。很明显,如果L等于零,指数项变为零,电流立刻达到最大值。这是电流随时间的变化曲线。
我们再看这幅图。首先,我们将开关放在位置1,当电流达到稳定值以后,迅速将开关放到位置2。此时,电流将随时间怎样变化?这个问题作为课后练习。
