那么心理学究竟是一门 什么样的科学呢
心理学究竟是什么
如果你只问一个问题
可以难倒天下的心理学家的话
那么这个问题就一定是它这个学科本身定义的问题
那么心是什么
心为何物
如何去研究心
这是人类挣扎 思索 探究
研究很长的一个问题
在英文里头心理学其实是从希腊文
psyche和 logos组合而成
那么在前者指的是一种灵魂
后者指的是一种讲述
所以直观的英文的心理学
就是研究讲述人类的灵魂的学问
但显然 现在的心理学 不是研究灵魂
我们研究什么
那么任何学科
都可以从两个方面来分析讨论它的科学的定义
一个是它研究的问题
另外一个是他研究的方法
那么心理学研究的是人类的心理过程
人类的心理行为
这些就是我们心理学研究的基本问题和范畴
那么这些心理过程有哪些
包括感觉 包括知觉 包括记忆
包括学习 包括人类的理性判断
包括人类的决策
包括我们的情感 情绪活动
包括我们的社会关系 社会行为
包括我们的道德意识
所有这些问题 都是我们心理学家研究的问题
很长时间以来 心理学的研究
其实有一个负性的偏差
根据哈佛大学幸福课的主讲者
泰勒·本·沙哈尔先生的调查分析
他发现一个世纪以来
心理学家研究了很多负面的心理活动
抑郁是我们（研究）的主体
焦虑
恐惧
心理治疗
心理咨询
都是我们心理学曾经关注的重点的研究课题
但是现在的心理学
其实还应该研究一些正面的心理活动
包括我们的勇气 希望 创造 审美
所以心理学很长时间已经在慢慢地纠正我们自己的负性偏差
也就是我这个心理学概论的课
和其他心理学概论的课不一样的地方
我们是从积极心理的角度
来研究人类的心理活动 心理过程
