心理学(家)发现主要有四种可能性
我们知识表征的方式不一样的话
我们解决问题的效果和策略就会不一样
那么专家和新手在组织储存信息方面
就有很大的差别
专家的储存
他的容量比较大
密度比较高
相对而言
他掌握的知识体系比较多
新手
他的知识储存就比较的松散
而且没有联系
所以他不可能存储表征很多的信息
专家和新手在解决问题方面的差异
就是知识表征的差异
第二个对于我们问题解决方式
有巨大影响的心理特性
就是我们的思维定势
我们通常用过去成功的经验
来解决现实的问题
在经济学上
这叫做路径依赖
这种路径依赖很大程度上
限制了我们对新的方法的分析
判断和应用
我们不妨用几个心理学的例子
来证明这种路径依赖的存在
第三个影响到我们问题解决的方法
叫做功能定式
也就是我们认为这个事物的功能
它一定是固定的 不变的
手机
它永远是作为通讯工具而存在
这样的功能定势
就会限制我们对手机的其他功能的挖掘和应用
也是对我们创新能力的一种限制
还有一些影响到我们问题解决的元素
比如说我们的动机和情绪
很多情况下我们人类有一些固定的心理特性
让我们不愿意去全面的 系统的
认真的 有创意的去解决问题
这种特性叫做证实误差
这种证实误差是我们创新思维最大的障碍
也是我们问题解决最大的障碍
心理学家安德森做过一个有趣的研究
就请两组大学生
分别讨论什么样的救火员是优秀的救火员
是那些勇敢的救火员还是那些谨慎的救火员
那么这两组被试
由于他们分别讨论勇敢的救火员和谨慎的救火员
结果他们得出的结论都是互相支持自己的命题
讨论勇敢的救火员是优秀的救火员的人
绝对相信勇敢的救火员是优秀的救火员
讨论谨慎的救火员是优秀的救火员的被试
他们绝对相信谨慎的救火员是优秀的救火员
因为我们人有证明自己命题的倾向性
当然
影响到我们问题解决的其他因素
还包括环境 文化 组织
