那么数据收集如何进行
一般来讲我们有三种数据收集的方法
一种是观察的方法
这是我们用得最早
用得最多的研究方法
第二种是自我报告的研究方法
那么这是一种历史上一直流传下来的数据收集的方法
在新的时代
特别是现在的大数据时代
我们能够得到很多自动采集的数据
由于网络 摄像 社交媒体等方面的活跃
人类已经自发的 及时的
自动的提供给我们心理学家 很多的研究数据
那么这些研究数据
值得我们进行分析和探索
有了数据 我们要进行实验设计
那么实验设计
有真的实验 有准实验
也有一些相关性的实验和描述性的研究
那么这些研究出来以后
我们还要考虑研究的伦理学的问题
有了这些伦理的考量
我们才能真正的进行心理学的研究
所有这些完成以后
我们还要进行探索 讨论 分析
最后发表
数据收集的观察方法如何进行
最常用的其实还是视觉数据
用我们的心理学家的双眼去观察人类的行为
人类的心理活动
可以用摄像机 单向玻璃 计时器
也有各种的测量量表 评定量表
心理测量的一些方法和工具
帮助我们进行数据的记录
第二种数据是听觉的数据收集
也就是我们用录音机来记录下人类的互动
人类的活动 人类的心理的交流 沟通和变化
第三种的数据采集方法是生理计量的方法
我们可以使用脑波仪 生物反馈仪
特别是现代我们还用到核磁
ERP FRMI等先进的神经生理的测量方法
这都是数据采集的一种观察法
数据的收集
也可以通过自我报告的方法来进行
那么心理学奠基人冯特
当年使用的就是自我报告的心理测量方法
那么这种自我报告的方法
曾经是心理学家了解人心
了解人的情绪
了解人的思想
最常用的实验方法
叫做内省法
心理学的内省和哲学上的内省还是有些区别
心理学的内省
是希望把外界的刺激和内在的活动进行匹配
哲学的内省
往往是根据哲学家个人的思维 判断 分析 逻辑
来对人性进行判断 进行描述
那么心理学的自我报告方法
是我们很常用的方法
但是我们发现有很多的问题
那么自我报告的方法最大的问题
就是人们不一定要告诉你 他真实的想法
