社会认知关注的一个另外一个很重要的课题
就是我们人类的态度
态度是指我们对人和事物的一种基本信念
基本的感受和行动的倾向
我们做一件事情
很大程度上受到态度的影响
那么这种态度如何影响到我们的行为
心理学家提出来态度对行为的影响
通过两种路径来实现
一种叫做中央路径
它是我们自己的证据 判断 意识 理性
对于我们行为的影响
一种叫做边缘路径
它是通过我们感受 感觉 心情来影响到我们的行为
但是也有很多研究发现
我们的态度不一定通过行为完全来体现出来
这种情况下我们的行为反而可能影响到我们的态度
那么行为如何影响态度
一个特别生动的例子就叫做登门槛效应
心理学家意外的发现
一个推销员只要是能够迈进顾客的家中
进了他的门槛
这个行动本身就会下意识改变顾客自己的身心反应
和对这种事情的认识
原来他不一定想买这样的东西
但是如果这个人能够迈进自己的家
我们就意外觉得
这就表明我们自己有买这种事物的倾向
登门槛效应说的就是行为对我们态度的一种影响
行为影响态度
还可以通过我们的角色扮演来实现
扮演某种角色
往往也会让我们的态度发生变化
著名心理学家津巴多
就做了一个著名的斯坦福监狱测验
就是让普通的斯坦福大学的学生
随机分配他们去扮演不同的角色
有的人扮演囚犯的角色
有的人扮演看守的角色
这种随机分配的安排居然能够导致
这两组人表现出巨大的行为差异
这种看守就会表现出虐待囚犯的倾向
这就是著名的路西法效应
行为对于我们态度的影响
还可以由一个著名的试验来说明
这就是认知失调试验
很多年之前费思汀格做了一个有趣的研究
就是让斯坦福的大学生
去做一件非常没有意思的事情
然后去跟别人解释 说服人家来参加这个试验
他把来做试验的学生分成三组
一组学生得到10块钱
来做这件不太光彩的事情
有的学生得了1块钱
来做这种不太光彩的事情
他就意外的发现那些只得了一块钱的同学
往往会改变自己对这件无聊事情的判断
虽然他自己觉得很无聊
但是他不能够解释为什么
我会对其他人说这件事情有意义
因为我只拿了一块钱
而那些拿了10块钱的同学
做了这件无聊事情的时候
他会很容忍自己的不舒服
因为他做这样认知不协调的事情
是有金钱的补偿作用
所以人类的行为
绝对对我们的态度会有很大的影响
