我想复习一下EIA SIA

和社会责任因素

对房地产开发实践的影响

我想说的第一点是

社会责任不能通过慈善捐赠来实现

我认为很多房地产开发商都有一个误解

即CSR 企业社会责任

对他们来说

意味着他们必须对社会做出贡献

他们才会被看做在社区扮演了积极角色

这样才是有社会责任感

我不认可这一点

社会责任感的关键是

理解社区中所有利益相关方的兴趣

并想办法满足他们的利益

在我看来 对你有益 对我很好

就是在这种情况下

进行谈判的方式

我真的相信这一点至关重要

你必须先理解他人的利益

才能够取行动满足

对双方来说都是最重要的利益

EIA和SIA以合作的方式进行

可以清楚地表明

所有利益相关者的利益

我们所描述的 EIA和SIA过程

提供了联合问题解决的论坛

也就是说 它们不仅是收集信息

也不是专门为技术成熟的人收集信息

然后将信息反馈给社区

让他们知道这个项目是可行的场合

相反 EIA和SIA 如果组织得当

可以成为一个机会 让一个社区的所有团体

去思考什么对他们来说是最重要的

他们关心什么

他们会发现他们并不都持同样想法

问题不是要让他们互相攻击

而是从科学和信心的角度

来研究一系列关切的问题

看看能做些什么来满足各方的利益

我意识到 很多公司

都由技术人员做EIA和SIA

他们的目标是满足最低要求

制作一份报告以便开发顺利进行

但对社会负责的

房地产开发不应如此

它应该为联合解决问题提供机会
