就是要决定你的项目是否应该

继续推进

有人能告诉我 我们该如何

为整个社区发声吗

我可不是政治家

我从来没被选来代表别人说过话

你们这样想 我与60个人进行了沟通

找出了对于提案项目有所担忧的

群体

基于这一调查 我向市长提交了

一份高优先级问题总结报告

并建议你们七人也应参与其中

市长要你们加入环境影响评估顾问团

不是要为别人说话 而是像社区里其它

有所担忧的群体一样发声 好的坏的都可以说

没错 市长也跟我说过

我要确保我们在讨论环境影响评估的

设计以及实施时

体现全市人民的观点

他也明确说明我不能

代表全市给与任何承诺

只有他有权这么做

好吧 那这有什么意义

如果我们不能做决定 那还开什么会

我觉得我们应该仔细观察

提出问题 好好研究

开发商及其顾问提供的信息

并最终给出建议

我们更像是提问者而不是决策者

我觉得环境影响评估的目的

不是为了明确判断出最好与最坏

我准备好做决定了

我知道这个项目就是个馊主意

希望环境影响评估能证实这一点

它应该为我们提供一些信息

让我们能够终止这个项目

根本就不是这么回事

我同意支付环境影响评估费用 让你们参与进来

就是为了通过你们让公众知道我的项目

符合所有相关法律法规
