好 接下来我们就来介绍

一种效率更高的算法

这种算法还有一个特点

就是它至少已经开始满足一个条件

它所构造出来的

是一个有机的数据结构

比如说DCEL

而不是分立的一系列的cells

这个算法采用的是所谓的递增的策略

所以我们称之为incremental algorithm

我们先来感受一下这个算法的过程

在平面上这个算法既然是incremental

那么就意味着

它会逐一的引入各个site

每引入一个site

它都会相应的

把它所对应的那个cell构造出来

不难理解

随着这些点的逐一的引入

直到最终所有的引入

那么最终所得的结果

也自然就会是我们所要得到的

那个Voronoi图

递增的策略

所以纵观刚才那样的一个过程

我们可以知道

这个算法的实质

其实也就是其中的

反复执行的那一步

如果你要写这个算法的话

核心的代码就是这样的一步

也就是如何从k-1个点

所对应的Voronoi图

通过引入一个新的site

得到规模为k的那样一个Voronoi图

有了这个方法

你就可以从k再到k+1

从k+1再到k+2

类推下去直到最后

没错 核心的就是这样一步

那么我们来看一下

经过这样的一步

我们所得到的是什么呢

我们所得到的

其实最重要的

就是新引入的这个编号为k的这个点

所对应的当下的那个cell

我们知道每一张Voronoi图

无论是此前的那一幅

还是新的这一幅

都应该各自是对整个平面的

一个无缝的覆盖

所以既然你这多出来一块

那么肯定就会少掉一些块

这个道理非常的简明

也是我们处理此类问题中

常用的一种策略

比如说古代的皇帝经常要发愁的就是

每当有一个皇子诞生

他都要给他分配一座花园

最开始的时候王子比较少还好办

王子多了怎么办呢

经常就要采用这种策略

比如我所在的清华大学

就是当年的一个皇家的园林

最开始它是属于一个叫四王爷的王子

后来又了五王爷地方不够了怎么办

所以将它一分为二

当年的西春园以工字厅为界

东边的就叫做清华园

而西边的呢就叫做近春园

一个园子经过这样的分割以后

就可以顺利的分配给两位王子

我们这里采用的方法

也是如此

我们可以认为这里是新诞生了一位王子

我们如何来确定

他所应该拥有的那个花园

尤其是它的边界呢
