中国远洋运输集团
损失巨大

重要中转港
而此时国内还没有一家港口
能够担当此重任
时任青岛港务局局长的常德传
机敏地意识到
中远此时一定急于寻找
新的中转港
青岛港的机会来了
他连夜赶往
中远的北京总部
一番洽谈
用执着和真诚打动对方
达成了这项重大合作
青岛港就此 一举成为
国内第一家国际集装箱中转港
当年青岛港集装箱
吞吐量就由区区8万箱
一举突破260万箱
如今 青岛港已拥有国内
最大的集装箱码头
常德传的成功首先就在于
他拥有全球战略意识
具备随时将全球任何
一个角落的变化同自身
经营联系起来的素质
从而发现了很多
别人看不到的机遇
其次 抓住机遇不能忽视真诚
和坚韧的作用
其实 阪神地震之后
不止青岛港还有其他
国内港口意识到机会
前去洽谈
但是最终常德传的
