可是结果如何呢
几十年来
尽管我们早已经
拥有了相关的技术
和成熟的方案
但是医生们不喜欢
用电子病历

但是在那个年代

都遭遇了彻底的失败
那么究其原因
只能说在那个时候

还不够成熟

失败的原因都是因为
对产品的测试和客户细分

是满足
中高端消费群体
日常三餐的生活所需
无论是去官网
还是线下门店
销售的商品均以
中高端进口商品为主
它的商品有着过硬的口碑
线下店毗邻成熟社区
人气旺盛
但是高冷的品类和价格
让人望而却步
一个面向高端人群的项目
放在一个普通小区里
很少有大量的
顾客群体
而如果放在
高端的小区里
高端的顾客
又不愿意下载使用
顺丰优选的app
也就是说这个项目的
产品验证
和顾客细分的环节是存在问题的
当然造成这个项目搁浅的
还有商业模式
供应链体系
精细化管理等等
诸多方面的复杂原因
但是客户验证不得不说是其中一个重要原因
所以无论企业的大小
验证客户是否会
付费使用产品
是在产品上市之前必须要做的
许多国际知名的
大公司
也非常重视客户验证
这一环节
比如宝洁
那么它在一个产品推出前
总是找几百个
几千个消费者
来进行产品的
概念测试
经过反复的测试
基本把握了消费者心中的
理想产品
然后将这些意见
及时反馈给产品的
开发部
以求产品改进
然后适应市场的流行趋势
保洁公司的研究者们
为了能够把消费者
摸透他们的心理
有时会整天待在消费者的家中
细心观察他们
使用产品的每一个习惯
以及使用时的各种反应
所以在验证顾客是否
会为产品付费
这一环节
你需要把你的

带到目标顾客面前
测试顾客是否接受
并且愿意付费
使用你设计的这个
由各种假设组合而成的这样的产品
如果他们接受并且愿意付费
证明你先前所做的
个别假设
组合在一起时
它仍然是有效的
